3D Printed Products
These are physical items that are manufactured and shipped to you.
Minor variations may occur due to the nature of the 3D printing process.
Colours, finishes, and dimensions may vary slightly from product photos.
STL Files
STL files are digital files intended for use with compatible 3D printers.
No physical item will be shipped when purchasing an STL file.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate software, equipment, and knowledge required to use STL files.
Due to differences in printers, materials, and print settings, we cannot guarantee print quality or results.
Personal Use Only
Unless otherwise stated, all STL files, designs, artwork, and products are sold for personal use only.
You may:
Print items for your own personal use.
Gift printed items to family or friends.
You may not:
Sell, share, distribute, copy, or transfer the digital files.
Upload files to any website, marketplace, or file-sharing platform.
Modify designs for resale.
Use our files or designs for commercial production or commercial sales without written permission.
All designs remain the intellectual property of the creator.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
No refunds, returns, or exchanges are available on digital STL files once they have been delivered.
Custom-made or personalised products are not eligible for refunds unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
